We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for standard rides, and 30+ days ahead for weddings and holidays. Same-day and urgent bookings are often possible — just call us directly.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Weather-related delays are handled case-by-case at no penalty.
Payment
We don't publish fixed rates — every trip is priced individually based on your date, distance, group size and vehicle. Submit a quick quote request or call (340) 727-9169 and we'll get you pricing right away.
We accept all major credit cards and cash, due on the day of service.
Gratuity is not included in your quote and is left to your discretion, though a standard 15–20% is customary for chauffeured service.
General
Our fleet operates island-wide across St. Thomas. For St. John or St. Croix requests, call us — we can often coordinate ferry-connected transport.
Guests 21+ may bring their own beverages for Sprinter Van bookings. Our vehicles are not BYOB for Escalade ESV transfers per USVI regulations.
